OUR PARTNERS

Local and sustainable food is important to us. We buy as much produce as we can from Maine farms and want to know how our ingredients get to us. Red Kettle is proud to source these local ingredients from food producers and stores in Maine and New England.

FROM FURTHER AFIELD

Q-RAPHA JANG
Fredericksburg, Virginia
https://qrapha.com/

Our vegan kimchi uses a Korean-style soy sauce (ganjang), made only with soybeans, water, and salt. We’re lucky to source our ganjang from master fermenter Uk Kang, based in Virginia. Q-Rapha small batch ganjang is naturally fermented and aged for 3 years, and made with high-quality, non GMO soybeans.
