Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your kimchi! If your box arrived damaged, or you have concerns for any reason, please contact us at hello@redkettlekimchi.com so we can help make it right.

This returns/exchanges policy applies only to products bought online from our website, redkettlekimchi.com. If you purchased one of our products at a local retail store, please contact the store.

Overview

Exchanges window for food products: up to 7 days after receipt of the product
Return/exchanges window for merchandise: up to 30 days after receipt of the product

Food products are exchange only (no returns). To be eligible for a merchandise return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on digital items like gift cards.

Sale items may not be eligible for returns; your original order confirmation will indicate if an item is on final sale.

Returns and Exchanges

If your food product was damaged in transit or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we’d be more than happy to exchange it for you. We don’t offer refunds on food products unless they were damaged during shipping.

For all products, please send an email to hello@redkettlekimchi.com with the following information:

  • Your name and email
  • Your order number
  • Product type
  • Reason for exchange/return

We’ll contact you and personally walk you through the exchange process. There is no need to mail back your product to us.

Refund Processing for Returns

We offer full refunds on merchandise only. We hope that you’ll consider an exchange instead of a full return, but we understand that sometimes a return is a better solution for you.

Once your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see that credit on your account within 7 business days
