Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented food. It can be made with all kinds of different vegetables, but it's become most famous as a dish of fermented napa cabbage and spicy red pepper flakes. Our kimchi is always naturally fermented, never pasturized, and remains full of gut-friendly probiotics to help you live your best, most healthy life.
