If you've ever craved a warm, comforting plate of dumplings for dinner during a cool fall evening, this is the class for you! Ger will guide you in making your own Asian-style dumplings from scratch. We'll make the dough, roll the wrappers, and fill dumplings with your fillings of choice. Learn about the different kinds of Asian-style dumplings, and impress your family with fancy dumpling folds! You'll leave class with a tray full of your own delicious dumplings to cook at home! As always, we'll end class with a communal dinner together.

We LOVE to teach, and hope you'll come learn to cook with us. Each class is different, as we work with so many different partners. The price of your class ticket will reflect any extras included (drinks, tours, dinner).

Please wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to do some light cooking (ex: cutting vegetables, rolling dough, or boiling water). All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring a beloved kitchen knife or favorite apron.
