Mild Napa Cabbage Kimchi

Napa cabbage kimchi with carrots, scallions, garlic, and ginger, fermented in small batches with just a touch of traditional Korean pepper flakes for a hint of spice. Our Mild Kimchi features a local fish sauce made by Maine Garum Company in Waldoboro. It's so good on pretty much everything!

Our kimchi is already pre-cut so just dig in and serve as much as you want. We’ve known some people to just take a fork and eat it straight out of the jar – no judgement, we won’t tell! Get creative with your kimchi and use it as a fun condiment on burgers, hot dogs, eggs, or even as a pizza topping. Or go super traditional and use it as a side dish to your meal, known in Korea as “banchan.”

Our Mild Kimchi features super delicious, locally made fish sauce from Maine Garum Company in Waldoboro! Eel trimmings from American Unagi’s eel processing facility are upcycled and fermented, making the most out of what would normally be waste products.

Products are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and will be mailed out Tuesday or Wednesday of each week.

Kimchi should be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. In the hotter summer months, we might have to pause delivery (extreme heat is bad for kimchi!), but we’ll notify everyone our website and social media in advance.

For those who live in Maine, free local pickup is available at our kitchen.
