Our kimchi is already pre-cut so just dig in and serve as much as you want. We’ve known some people to just take a fork and eat it straight out of the jar – no judgement, we won’t tell! Get creative with your kimchi and use it as a fun condiment on burgers, hot dogs, eggs, or even as a pizza topping. Or go super traditional and use it as a side dish to your meal, known in Korea as “banchan.”

This kimchi is made with a Korean-style soy sauce (ganjang), traditionally fermented with just two ingredients: non-GMO soybeans and salt, giving it a brighter flavor profile than traditional Chinese or Japanese soy sauce. We source our Korean soy sauce from AAPI-owned business Q-Rapha Food in Fredericksburg, VA. Traditional kimchi usually contains seafood, but you won’t even be able to tell that we’ve left it out!

Products are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and will be mailed out Tuesday or Wednesday of each week.

Kimchi should be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. In the hotter summer months, we might have to pause delivery (extreme heat is bad for kimchi!), but we’ll notify everyone our website and social media in advance.

For those who live in Maine, free local pickup is available at our kitchen.
