Magic Kimchi Dust Seasoning

Tangy, salty, spicy, flaky, and wonderful – that’s the taste of what you’ve been missing before trying our Magic Kimchi Dust. This magical mix is made from our own kimchi, dehydrated and then coarsely ground, removing the moisture but not the delicious kimchi taste. Sprinkle it on bagels, cream cheese, stir-fries, rice, and more. It’s good enough to put a spell on you!

INGREDIENTS: Napa cabbage, water, carrots, kosher salt, fish sauce (anchovies, salt), Korean-style soy sauce (soybeans, salt)*, red pepper flakes, scallions, onion, rice flour, sugar, sea salt, garlic, ginger

Please note that Magic Kimchi Dust begins as a mix of our Classic and Vegan kimchi, contains fish (anchovies) and soy, and is NOT vegan.

Products are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and will be mailed out Tuesday or Wednesday of each week.

Kimchi should be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. In the hotter summer months, we might have to pause delivery (extreme heat is bad for kimchi!), but we’ll notify everyone our website and social media in advance.
