This magical mix is made from our own kimchi, dehydrated and then coarsely ground, removing the moisture but not the delicious kimchi taste. Try a sprinkle of it on fresh-baked bagels, mix it into cream cheese for a decadent spread, or sprinkle it over rice bowls. Or use it as finishing ingredient in soups and stir-fries to add a touch of brightness and zing to your meal. It’s good enough to put a spell on you!
Please note that Magic Kimchi Dust begins as a mix of our Classic and Vegan kimchi, contains fish (anchovies) and soy, and is NOT vegan.
