Napa cabbage kimchi with carrots, scallions, garlic, and ginger, fermented in small batches using traditional Korean red pepper flakes. With a distinctive crunch and a salty, tangy, sweet heat, it's so good on pretty much everything! This hot version has 2x the amount of Korean red chili peppers compared to our original Classic Napa Cabbage Kimchi and has a full, savory body with a spicy finish.
